Process of manufacturing doors and windows

In our company the following actions are taken on profiles to make doors and windows.
1) Designing of window with special software
2) Cutting of profiles according to given design
3) Installation of Enforcing Galvanized Profile inside UPVC profiles
4) Making orifices to drain rain water
5) Welding of profiles and making frames
6) Installing accessories
7) Covering services with special bands
8) Cutting the frames for glasses and instaling glasses
9) Packaging
after completing manufacturing of doors and windows, the final product will be send to customers.
All UPVC bases doors and windows should be instaled by the professional installation team.
All UPVC bases doors and windows are rapped in special protective plastic foils wich should be removed at most one month from the production
date
